Held : Holder is immune to []{type:ground}-type moves, []{move:spikes}, []{move:toxic-spikes}, and []{ability:arena-trap}. This effect does not apply during []{move:gravity} or []{move:ingrain}. When the holder takes damage from a move, this item is consumed.
