Damage Lab

The attacker is the specimen built in the Stats Calculator. Choose a move it can actually learn and compare all 16 rolls against a full-HP defender.

The defender enters every simulation at 100% of the maximum HP calculated for its level and profile.

Event conditions

State, move and field enter the same versioned pipeline that can later receive Abilities, items and turn events.

Anatomy of a stat

What does each input actually do?

Use the calculator as a laboratory: change one variable at a time and watch the result and next breakpoint.

01

Base Stats

Species aptitude. The formula doubles the Base Stat before IVs and EVs are added.

02

IVs

Individual values from 0 to 31 distinguish two Pokémon of the same species before training.

03

EVs

Focused training. Only complete groups of four enter the formula; modern limits are 252 per stat and 510 total.

04

Natures

Apply 1.1× or 0.9× after the base calculation and before the final floor. HP is never affected.

05

Level and rounding

Level scales the composition. Intermediate floors explain why EV contribution is not linear at every level.
